This Privacy Policy explains how RENiX Technologies ("we", "us") handles information in the Screen Recorder application ("the App"). By creating an account and using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details — your email address, used to create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are stored only in salted, hashed form; we never see or store your raw password.
• Google sign-in (optional) — if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email and account identifier to create your account.
• Profile record — we store your email, sign-in platform, and account/last-login timestamps in our database under ScreenRecorder/<your-id>, accessible only to you.

2. Your Recordings Stay on Your Device

Screen recordings, audio, and video files created by the App are saved only on your own computer (by default in your Documents folder). We do not upload, view, transmit, or have any access to your recordings.

3. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To operate and secure the App.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers below.

4. Service Providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to manage sign-in and store your profile record. Their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Permissions

The App requests screen-capture and microphone access solely to record your screen and audio at your request. Recording only occurs when you start it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and profile record are kept until you request deletion. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
